Eiland Hogan
Eiland Hogan is a Sacramento-based tattoo artist with over 26 years of experience in the craft. Growing up in a family of artists, creativity was always a central part of his life. His father, Kal Hogan, was a painter, and his brother, Eric Hogan, was both an artist and a tattooer. Surrounded by their influence, Eiland was encouraged from an early age to make art, a passion that naturally led him to tattooing.
Beyond tattooing, Eiland works in acrylic and watercolor, creating paintings that often draw from traditional tattoo imagery. His work blends bold composition with a deep respect for the history and storytelling elements of the craft. Whether on skin or canvas, his art reflects a lifetime immersed in creativity and dedication to his medium.

Ian Carder
Ian Carder is a seasoned tattoo artist and painter based in Sacramento, California. With over 20 years of experience in the tattoo industry, he has built a reputation for his skill, creativity, and dedication to the craft. Throughout his career, Ian has traveled extensively, earning recognition in various tattoo publications and establishing himself as a respected figure in the industry.
As a painter, Ian primarily works with acrylics on canvas and watercolors on Arches paper, blending traditional tattoo aesthetics with fine art sensibilities. His work, often rooted in black-and-grey and traditional tattoo styles, carries a distinct narrative quality—each piece reflecting his mastery of technique and passion for storytelling.
Beyond the tattoo studio and paint room, Ian finds inspiration in his love for custom cars, motorcycles, and the rich history of tattooing. Whether working on his latest build, riding his Harley, or spending time with family, his experiences shape and inform his artistic vision. His dual role as an artist and father adds depth to his work, making each piece a personal reflection of his journey.
