Phoenix Kanada’s 3rd publication “ROOTS” serves as a photographic journal of acceptance to the town where he was born & raised. Ever since he had moved away, there had been a belief planted in his head that there was nothing there that’d fuel him creatively nor photographically. In fact, Phoenix had tried to limit the amount of visits in attempt to save his creativity from coming to a dead end. This book is a result of taking a step back during the pandemic/uncertain times and accepting what will always be a part of him.
