Do you miss the nostalgic feeling of physically being able to rent a movie? Well, local menswear brand Timeless Thrills® in East Sacramento has you covered. Starting Saturday, March 5th, 2016 they will incorporate a Blockbuster themed pop-up shop inside their Flagship Store at 3714 J street. Their slogan for the month; “Make it a Timeless Night.”
So what’s the catch? Timeless Thrills® design process has always drawn inspiration from the nostalgic nineties decade. Their new capsule collection titled, “Make it a Timeless Night” will feature four items; A cap, snapback, t-shirt, and pullover hoodie, all embroidered with the Blockbuster flipped logo reading “Timeless.” The design is sure to make you look twice and reminisce on those glory days of renting your favorite movies.
“Make it a Timeless Night” is made up of one hundred total items that will never be reproduced or restocked. Hanging from each item is a laminated ‘Timeless Membership Card’ which will give you the freedom to rent from the video rental pop-up all month long, free of charge.
What kind of movies will be available to rent you ask? Timeless Thrills® has compiled a collection of over 50 DVD’s ranging from comedies to thrillers, drama, family, and horror. Please however take note of their 3-day rental period. Bring your DVD back within three days and you’re allowed to immediately rent another; A true testament to whether honesty and good character still exist in this world of social media and phone tapping youth.
The video rental pop-up shop will make its debut on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 from noon to 7pm at the Timeless Thrills® Flagship Store located at 3714 J street in East Sacramento.
